Boys living in the Trans Zone BLITZ is a Transmale support & social group for anyone under the trans* umbrella or exploring their gender identity. BLITZ is a safe space for exchanging ideas and resources, & providing social support around gender issues.

Freedom Centre is run by young people for young people using a peer support model. Peer support is where people get support from other people who share similar experiences. Roostertails is a weekly comic and pet project, exploring the life of a simple transguy transitioning in the lower half of the South Island of New Zealand.

We use minimal technology at camp and focus our efforts on good old fashion face to face communication! Camp activities vary and evolve each year and range from educational workshops on topics like ?LGBTQ History? and ?Non- Violent Communication? to community activities like our 250 person drum circle, horseback riding, and zip-lining! A grassroots group called Soy Quien Soy (I am who I am): Trans Empowerment Collective. Acts as a source of strength for trans* individuals of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. The group meets the second and fourth Tuesday of every month at the Phillip Rush Center. It serves as a safe place for transgender people to talk about relationship issues, job leads, name change documentation, and HIV testing, as well as receive support from friends.

The Transgender Law Center is a civil rights organization advocating for transgender communities. Every day we connect transgender people and their families to technically sound and culturally competent legal services, increase acceptance and enforcement of laws and policies that support transgender communities, and work to change laws and systems that fail to incorporate the needs and experiences of transgender people.
